Ano gagawin pag nag ganito phone mo . Actually madalas nato nangyayari di na ma touch yung screen except sa baba na button.

Need ko pa mag wait na mag 0 yung percent bago bumalik sa dati. Samsung j7+ yung phone ko

I can't reset it because I can't touch the screen it wouldn't budge

Try rebooting to safe mode. However, you'll need to power off your phone and power it on. Once it reaches the Samsung logo, press and hold the volume down until you reach safe mode.

Let's see if you'll still experience this issue. If it didn't, I guess try uninstalling apps that you suspect are affecting your screen or try resetting your phone 😊
