My phone Samsunt Galaxy J7 Pro doesn't have a Dolby Atmos installed even though Samsung says that Android 9 and later has this features. I just want to ask if Samsung can give an update eith Dolby Atmos exclusively in my phone.
As KyauSana said, the Dolby Atmos feature only runs on Android 9 (Pie) and was also introduced first in the Galaxy S9 series back in 2018. Unfortunately, you can't run the Dolby Atmos feature on your Galaxy J7 Pro due to hardware limitations. You might need to upgrade to a Galaxy S9 or higher phone series to experience Dolby Atmos' premier sound experience.
