wifi connection problem

hi good day, ive just update my software on my samsung device and i really dont know if its a bug or something. Our wifi connection / internet here in our house was really fine, all of my family was connected, and yes im connected to our internet too, but this past few days it literally turn off & doesnt connect even our wifi has a good connection. hope you / someone help me thanks! :)

hii im back hahaha sad to say, but its not working. :( i also unplug the wire of our wifi, it didnt workkk. :( i really dont know what to do next.. i check the device of my other family members, they're connected and the internet connection was literally fine. 🙁

May i ask model of your phone, it may require wiping cache partition

the username and pass is at the sticker on the router.
