Hi Silky,

I have placed s24 ultra pre order and its stuck in waiting for approval. Got email as order received woth stating "Thank you for choosing Samsung, your order has been received and is currently being reviewed. We may need to contact you to verify your order.

Once your order has been verified, you will receive a order confirmation email and your order will be processed"

Samsung chat support and call support people of not helpful as they are saying they are very busy just leave a preferred time and mobile and they never reach me.

Can you please look into this as the pre order lasts for 3 days only if there is any technical issue please cancel the order immediately so that i can place new one ASAP.
