I have no landlines for my business, we rely on mobile services.

It seems that if a computer says, refresh and try again., staff go not my problem, someone will contact you in 3 days ***. In my case, 3 months and no positive resolution for a customer.

Are the other networks any better?

I saw current deal at Vodafone and Samsung site, buy a s25 and they will reimburse $800.00 off if take up a plan with them.

AllTelstra Exes, especially customer service and call centres at Tsa group you need to remember your customers pay your salaries.
