But have you tried clearing the cache of your camera app? Or clearing the data?

I tried everything, cache clear, data clear, even i reset my phone twice

You can also try clearing the phone cache via recovery mode. You can search for the complete steps on YouTube. This often solves many issues, especially with large updates like One UI 7.
