akg type c not recognized for note 10 plus

Hi! My akg stop working. I tried downloading samsung type c and it worked but not for long. Can someone help me fix this issue. Thanks

I updated and tested on my Note 10plus no problem. did you try power Off and on the Note after update?

i restarted my phone several times, clear cache, check on apps update but still my phone dont recognize my akg type c.

Possibly it's a hardware issue, I mean your AKG itself? So far, I don't have any issue at all on my AKG paired with N10.
