never saw this problem appeared in any forum even **bleep** S9 user on Reddit, so I guess you're fine with using WQHD, using my S9 for over one & a half year with WQHD resolution, no burn in at all, using at eye searing brightness level also

in my opinion, resolution played a little part in the burn in display case. Burn in usually happened if you're overuse your phone and it overheat. Plus if youre keeps using maximum brightness the probability for your display to be like that is quite high..but most of the time it depends on your luck🤣 some people use the phone with all the setting put to max but didnt get the problem even after few years but for some its a bad luck😆 but for precaution, just turn on your blue light filter, turn on dark mode, set the brightness to half, use dark wallpaper and turn off AOD...👍

I'm not scared to maximize this phone capability as we get what we paid. 🤣

so we better use dark mode isn't? I personally don't like the dark mode because too dark for me. Other precautions just ok but dark mode I really really can't accept it.
