Any Bixby routines workaround?

Like I've said before, if only Bixby routines had exceptions...

Here I am thinking of a workaround..
Can you think of any?

I want Bixby routines to set my phone to sound and disable do not disturb when I'm out the house (see numbers 1 and 2) - it's mostly on mute and on do not disturb while I'm at home. But I also want it to be on silent and on do not disturb mode at night when I'm in dorm (numbers 3 and 4)

Here's how I set it up:

This used to work for me but now, I think it's messed up.
I'm in dorm and it's 12 midnight but these settings:

I wish I could set multiple places and times as conditions or at least add exceptions. So it would be like:

The phone is on mute at home, but on sound mode when leaving until 8:01pm when I'm in dorm where it would be on silent/vibrate mode.

I used to set only a routine that will activate when I'm at home and another routine that will activate when I'm in dorm at night - I didn't have to create a routine that will activate when leaving home until that routine at home *didn't reverse* because for some reason, reversing the setting through routine will mess up if the phone is reset (whether it's manual or automatic reset) so I would end up not hearing any notifications until midday (lunch) when I would notice that the phone is still on mute and do not disturb. My workaround to this to be sure that the phone will be set to sound when I leave the house, I have created a routine for it. Now, I guess that made Bixby kinda confused about which routine should be activated when both conditions are met (left the house, and in dorm at night).

Now I have disabled the routines for leaving the house to see if reverse will work this time

Sorry to let you know. They are frustrating to talk to. I'm fed up so I post here first. Sometimes I want to smash my phone after receiving their not so helpful replies. Maybe it's just me, I don't know. Sometimes they're giving me an impression that they themselves don't use a Samsung galaxy handset. Maybe they're more into some other brands. They don't know how my phone should work (as advertised). Imagine a Samsung customer support say that a feature is not available on my phone model when you, Samsung are promoting such feature during this phone launch. Why do you hire such people? Okay maybe she was just tired. But they are consistent at giving me a bad day whenever they reply to my messages such as this. Do you know what they said this time?

This:
"This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email regarding the Bixby routine feature on our Samsung Galaxy devices. We know the importance of addressing it as this will make the usage with the mobile device more enjoyable and worthwhile.

We appreciate your taking the time and effort sending us a link, as reference. At Samsung, our greatest desire is to ensure that our customers are well enlightened with our product features and settings. Thus, we will continue to enhance our products and services to provide convenience and smarter lifestyles for you, every time."

Oh maybe he just meant that you at Samsung currently have no workaround and that he would send this to Bixby developers. Am I right? Because English is not my first language and I didn't see that such was stated so clearly that I would just say ok, this is just another "maybe next feature thing".

I emailed RND once (or twice), and guess what. I received no reply, not even an automated message confirmation of receipt. It appears that you are really short of manpower but people/articles online say otherwise.

Thanks.

I've removed the automation to set the phone on sound when leaving the house because it's redundant given the routine to set the phone on mute will reverse when I leave. The phone is automatically set to vibrate mode when in dorm at night. I think the reverse function is being hindered by autorestart (via device care). I think the restart just makes Bixby confused as to where to revert the settings to. Because after reboot, it kinda thinks that the last setting was the original setting before the routine started so it appears to cancel the revert automation. Perhaps the devs can do something about that.

I'll just tell the customer support when they write back.

This is what I'm talking about..

Again, they say that my phone doesn't have the feature..
Their latest reply:

"Please be advised that the device does not support adding the timeframes. Kindly be informed that the settings of this device were already pre-set together with its default software and hardware features and thus, cannot be changed unless initiated by an update"

I would want to tell them about what I think I figured out but they are frustrating to talk to.
Now that's a Samsung customer service.

I really want to be nice so I won't talk to them anytime soon.
