Suddenly there is no indication whatsoever in the battery usage graph in my Note 20 Ultra.

Rebooted my device but the problem still exists.

Any inputs are appreciated. TQ.

There goes the hope of my 2 weeks old note 20 ultra being bug free after the android 11 update...

- Can't access safe mode
- Device Care battery chart displaying Zero data
- not sure if it's a new software or a bug but the Samsung Photo Editor app is missing one whole section of editing tools.

These are the abnormalities that I've noticed thus far. Btw, there's a workaround on accessing safe mode. Plug in your charger or headphone then press the volume up + power button.

Please report to Samsung. The more complaints they receive the faster they act on the issues.

I was able to access safe mode. But it didn't help. So, non - starter.

Will be sending then a report later today. And ya, it doesn't help going into safe mode and also by clearing system cache.

Btw, I think I've come across another bug... if you were to go into your internal storage and look under the Android folder, you would normally find all your system files in a sub folder named "data", it is now EMPTY but luckily all my files are still around.

I'd appreciate it if you guys would also post any other bugs you come across in this msg board. TQ

1.Open the Settings app on the phone, then go into the Apps submenu.
2.Here, tap the small icon next to the Your apps text, then enable the Show system apps option and press OK.
3.Now, scroll down until you find the Samsung Device Health Manager Service app in the list and tap it.
4.Here, go into the Storage submenu, and hit the Clear data option at the bottom.

Does anyone notice that even after fixing this the phone doesn't show 7-day stats?
