Galaxy Note- Can't access safe mode
- Device Care battery chart displaying Zero data
- not sure if it's a new software or a bug but the Samsung Photo Editor app is missing one whole section of editing tools.
These are the abnormalities that I've noticed thus far. Btw, there's a workaround on accessing safe mode. Plug in your charger or headphone then press the volume up + power button.

Galaxy NoteBtw, I think I've come across another bug... if you were to go into your internal storage and look under the Android folder, you would normally find all your system files in a sub folder named "data", it is now EMPTY but luckily all my files are still around.
I'd appreciate it if you guys would also post any other bugs you come across in this msg board. TQ

Galaxy Note2.Here, tap the small icon next to the Your apps text, then enable the Show system apps option and press OK.
3.Now, scroll down until you find the Samsung Device Health Manager Service app in the list and tap it.
4.Here, go into the Storage submenu, and hit the Clear data option at the bottom.
