Can't access internet during phone call

Hi all,

Previously there is no problem access internet while on the phone call at the same time. I only realize the problem lately after updating the phone software. Anyone encounter this problem? I was using Note 10 plus

I also encountered a lot of issues in multitasking😞, you have to wait for Samsung to release an update to fix it. Mark my answer as solution if it helps🤗

Funny huh. Previously can use side by side. So inconvenience if want to check stuff while on phone call

because ur telco disabled VoLTE. Ask them to enable or else u cant internet while call. Mark my ans as solution😊

Problem solved. Don't know when start need the telco to activate it
