Dear community:

I wish to share my bad experience with Note 9 that i bought.

Months ago during the MCO started, the note 9 LCD screen turn into greenish and blur. When i search over internet, this problem is commonly happened in note 9

Anyone come across this, and i really appreciate if anyone can share the experience here and what is the solution?

My experience is when i tried to approach the customer service via phone, the samsung technical support has made an access to check the phone through online and noticed the phone operation is usual and no technical problem except the screen display. After that, the technical support staff suggest me go to the nearest service center for further checking.

When i asked what is the proposal for the note 9 customer who encounter this common problem, the answer is not convincing and they need to look into it case by case.

few days ago, when the customer service center reopened in CMCO, i went for the nearest samsung service center for further checking.

When i show them my phone, the answer is fast and i need to pay for the repair which will cost me RM8++ for the screen repair.

I wish to get more respond from other Note 9 user here especially those who has this similar problem. We, the note fans, who put trust on the product, and buy it during first launching without looking into the reviews.i felt very bad and not satisfied with the quality of thesamsung flagship product Note9

We hope this issue can be highlighted to the management of samsung, and give a satisfactory solution for the note 9 users who encounter this problem. To us, this step will show samsung is a responsible company who really care their user and give their customer back the trust that the customer gave to the samsung before.

But the service center advice is to repair the LCD??? which i think if note9 users not together, some of them might just follow the service center and pay for the repair.

It's true, Samsung needs to acknowledge the issue and immediately notify all stores and service centres. We did pay a **bleep** ton for the top flagship level device, and it's barely 2 years-old. This should not happen! And if it did, there should be no repair fees charged as it's a problem that happens may be due to software updates!

OLED screen are expesive than LCD that why they charge you more. Furthermore, if the warranty expired then you have to understand why it is expensive. My advice is to get screen replacement.
