Galaxy NoteHi @Mighty_Mouse, thanks for reaching out. For the Grid Connect, I suggest rebooting your Smart Things Wi-Fi Hub and reconnecting to Smart Things.
Reboot the SmartThings Wifi hub
Maybe the power went out recently and you’re having trouble connecting your SmartThings Wifi. You can perform a reboot through the SmartThings app to fix minor issues without losing your data.
Open the SmartThings app, then tap the Devices tab, and then tap the Home icon. Select your desired location, swipe through the rooms to find your hub, and then select it. Tap Network status, and then tap your desired hub (Basement, Office, etc.). Next, tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Reboot device. Tap REBOOT. Your SmartThings Wifi hub will disconnect and reboot.
