Cannot connect note10+ s pen

Having this issue in which note 10+ s pen is disconnected amd won't connect
Tried the following
1. Restart phone
2. Hard reboot
3. Remove s-pen, reset
4. Bluetooth clear cache
5. Force stop air command

And all of these did not resolved the issue. 

Also this happened after the Sept 2021 update

Any advice?

Hi,

These are the screenshots of the issue. I still van use the s pen (write, scribble) but cannot use the air actions functions.

Already tried all the possible solutions provided but still encountering the issue.

Yep, Samsung does not bother to put solution on this problem. We've been reporting this multiple times but, nothing.

Samsung cannot help. They will run diagnostics but problem still cannot be determined.

Probably will wait for another update and see if that will resolve the issue in s-pen air actions

Yup and kapag bibili tayo ng bagong S pen For example sa Megamall 2,700 Srp. Pero hindi kaagad makukuha kasi they will order it first. Pag do down ka muna nila ng 50% and they'll call you kapag meron na. The problem is, madami ng nabibili online ngayon na S Pen for note 10 pero hindi mo alam kung Legit. Imagine 2,700 for the brand new 6 months warranty. Pero until now wala silang closure kung bakit nasira lahat ng S Pen natin after the **bleep** updates. Tapos sa Service center naman diagnostics palang na bayad na pero they dont have any clue kung ano ang problem SCAM AT ITS FINEST 🤬
