Cannot connect note10+ s pen

Having this issue in which note 10+ s pen is disconnected amd won't connect

Tried the following

1. Restart phone

2. Hard reboot

3. Remove s-pen, reset

4. Bluetooth clear cache

5. Force stop air command

And all of these did not resolved the issue. 

Also this happened after the Sept 2021 update

Any advice?

Yup kaya di na ki nag abala pa na tumawag. Then sabihin pa na out of warranty na. Gumagana pa naman s pen di nga lang magamit air actions.

Oo nga eh. Pero imagine yung saakin as in fresh pa S pen ko. Minsan magamit lang for konting notes and taking pictures tapos nag update yung software ayun busted na. Galing talaga.
And wala din guarantee na kapag pumunta ka sa SC or kapag mag purchase ng bagong S pen ay gagana. Tsk. Disappointing talaga tapos sagot nila dito pare parehas lang. Scripted na nga eh. 🤷

We (note 10 plus community) have the same issue after the latest update. Working fine as stylus but air commands are not working. It's software. Samsung should do something. I have contacted tech support as well. Hard reset is not the solution. **bleep**. Waste of time.

Update: s pen air actions still not working. S pen still not detected haaays

Update: Samsung told me, mine was an isolated case daw. Hnd na ako nakipagtalo. Samsung Note 10 plus is a scam.

Iso case? What a joke lol 🤣 i I think hindi na nila aayusin yan sa mga up coming updates (kung meron pa) mag suggest na lang sila na buy a new s pen or upgrade to another high-end device. Tsk tsk

Same issue on my note 10 plus, s pen air actions cant be used, disconnected, i have screenshot that it got 100 percent battery then turns back to connecting.... sw issue probably the next update can solve this
