Been using my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G for almost a year already. I have no issues regarding my device. I am very satisfied with it except for getting the exynos variant. What I really want to ask and hope will be resolved, is that my 5g connection no longer appear on my signal indicator unlike before. And upon checking on my mobile network, 5g network is still working on our area. Is there any problem with my device? Do you have any quick solutions regarding my concern? Please I need help. Thanks

Have you try to check if your software is upgraded or updated?

have you checked the settings and network settings on your phone. it could be that the 5g is turn off on the network options and you need to manually turn it on. otherwise that network provider no longer supports 5g network and you need to change a simcard. try also to turn the airplane mode and restart and if none of this solutions solved the problem try to go to repair services store. thats the final option.

Hi! I'm Sam, your friendly Samsung Customer Service guy. As for your concern, have you tried doing a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION of your device via SAFE MODE?

Wipe cache partition

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
  3. When the Samsung logo displays, release the Side key but continue holding Volume Up.
  4. When the Android Recovery screen appears, release Volume Up.
  5. An 'Installing system update' message may show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
  6. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  7. Press Power key to select.
  8. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
  9. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  10. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Also, try to go to the service center of your network provider and request for a sim card replacement. It is FREE, and you'd still retain your contact number. 😊 Hope to resolve your concern soon. Hope this helps too! 😊
