When you only knew about the Note 20 5GUltra Black screen of death issue on the internet and now you have the same issue....😥😥😥.Does too much love really kill you even in gadgets 😂😂😂From TV  aircon watch phones to earbuds...Why I love Samsung that much but they never gave me the same love in return.... 😨😨😨#hugot...Should I say never again????🥺🥺🥺

No you should not ms. MaimaiR. You just need to get some basic software knowledge on how you take care of your devices for you to use them in the long run. What is the last time you do in your Note20 before it gets bsod?

After July 12 Software update.Just playing ML then the screen went blank.The phone is working fine when I connected it to DEX. All function works well even the alarm it just that you cannot see anything on the screen. It happenned before 2 months after i got the phone but after 24hrs and hard reset it works again.Disappointed because it happened again but this time it did not open again and no longer under warranty. You see I got the phone when it was release in our country last year so it new. I seldom use the phone as I only used if for notes 😂 and office because of the SPen.I am using my 2y/o S10 now but never encountered any trouble or issue.😢😢😢. I even apply for plan renewal of the S10 to S21 but now I am having second thought and thinking to try other brands 😤😤😤

if hard ressetting did not works well, reprogramming your s20 should be your option, but you should consult first from the experts. You can also downgrade the software version if your not sure.
