My S Pen is always disconnected. After a few minutes it got reconnected by using S Pen reset or phone restart the Spen is disconnected again. And whenever it is connected and tried to use the S pen air view it is always low in battery and not charging
yes i contacted the CS via online chat and was told i was the very 1st to report such issue on note 10 plus S Pen (which i find it weird coz i've read some post as early as dec2020). Anyway, they just asked me to do the usual troubleshooting but none of it fix the prob. thus, they suggested to visit the nearest samsung service ctr....the nearest would be more than 9kms...SIGH so frustrating ... i seldom use the spen unfotunately when i needed to use the air actions for a powerpoint presentation and pulled out the S pen it was disconnected. i was able to reconnect by doing the SPen reset. waited for the s pen to charge 100% and pulled out the s pen again but the s pen battery level went down so quickly to 80 then 50, 30 then 20% to low batt in less than a minute. now im suspecting that the s pen supercapacitor is defective. I only bought this unit 20Feb2020....
Furthermore, even after reconnecting the S Pen via SPEN RESET it will automatically disconnect in less than a minute or so...(if ur using note 10 plus and experiencing such issue, make time and observe closely)
