1. Restart phone (leave spen docked) 2. If your phone is the Note 20, this should be the only thing you. If your phone is the Note 10 or below, go to step 3. 3. Go to setting and tap on "s-pen remote" 4. Toggle the on/ of switch and the phone should find your pen in 30 seconds.
Note: Make sure spen is fully charged by leaving it in the phone for a few hours.
Edit: If this doesn't work it means the capacitor/ battery is dead on the spen and you need to replace it. OR You may need to do a hard reset of the phone plus wipe cache partition.
