Error Message about Passwords

I have had this message come up on my screen for the last 2 days. Unauthorized: Passwords unavailable. It comes up randomly as far as I can tell when I am in anything on my phone. Can anyone help me understand what the message is referring to and how to get rid of it please?

I've never seen this before. The only thing I can think of is that, when I setup a school/uni email it requires me to setup a password instead of pin to unlock my phone. So probably you can setup a password on your phone?

It's the unauthorized message that had me a little concerned. I hope someone isn't trying to *** into my phone. I just don't even know where to begin as I don't even know which app/service is sending the error message. I tried a Google search but came up with nothing.
