As with your concern, try signing into your Samsung account again on the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062423/

Once signed in, change the password of your Samsung account. Then, uninstall the health app, clear its cache and data, then restart the phone. And then reinstall the app. Does it still give you the same error? At this point, you may want to consider backing up all your contacts, pictures, email, data, etc. And then factory resetting the phone.

Should you feel the need for any technical assistance, don't hesitate to ask fellow members here and/or reach us via the TOLL-FREE HOTLINES above. Thank you for supporting Samsung.
