Failed to update Firmware?

Note20U5G user here. So I updated my phone today (for the first time after a few months it automatically downloaded the update). I usually will perform a Wipe Cache Partition and Repair Apps and I did it again today after the update. Based on the first screenshot, it looks like the installation was successfull. However, per the second screenshot, a message that the firmware has not been updated is displayed. I've been noticing this pop-up message for the past few software updates (including Android 12) and security patch updates. My phone is working fine and all updates are available/usable.

Should I perform a factory reset? Should I be concerned? Should I visit a service center? Any suggestions?

If there's nothing wrong with your phone and no errors/bug/glitch, I suggest to try factory reset and wait for the next software update, if the "Failed to update software" message appears again, then I suggest bring it to Service Center and have your phone checked.

It might be a bug. Back up data then factory reset.
