I can't help in this case but if you are asking for help say so and describe the background to your problem. As it is it is as useful as me saying "dead body" or "as useful as t_i_t_s on a bull" (I have been dying to say that as a comment).
Otherwise on main Community page bottom right is Support, click on that to see actual Samsung support and choose an option. But good luck with that until the start of the new year.
