Green/Pink/White Vertical Lines (Solved)

Anyone went to repair their screen because of the vertical line appearing on screen? Will the lines reoccurs and how much is the repair cost?

Currently considering between repairing or changing of phone.

Does it happen after update of the system? If so, contact samsung and tell them the issues. They will link you to the service centre for a check. If the lines are not caused by dropping of phones, water damaged etc, they will repair for you for free.. mine just got repaired for free in March 23.

Seems that these are not isolated cases.. this was how the samsung customer care cso communicated with me over the online chat. They will need to log properly before they linked you up with the samsung service centre. anyway, you still need to leave your phone with Samsung service centre to check if the lines are not caused by own or water damages..

Ah got it. So when u go to the service centre, the staff already know about ur case and have u to leave ur phone with them to assess the condition of ur phone like cosmetic damage on the bezels and as u mentioned the water damage (the indicator of the seals - 1 in sim card slot and another in the inner phone).

Good that they are fixing the LCD issue, though they never admitted that the LCD issue is a manufacturer damage.

i went down personally with my Z.F.old2. was quoted 270!
