Vertical Green Line on my Note 20 Ultra

A vertical green line appear on my Note 20 Ultra. I did not drop my phone or submerged in water. It just suddenly appeared today. I try restarting the phone several time. Still there. Use safe mode to check, green line still there. I have the latest firmware. I cannot get rid of it, no matter what i do. My phone is only 2 years and such problem occur. So frustrating and disappointing. Besides this issue, i have previously sent my phone to Samsung Service center on 3 separare occasions, to repair the camera, to replace the battery and speaker issue. Paying so much for the phone when it was launched and such things happened.😒 i like my note 20 ultra but i expected a better quality product that would last longer from Samsung. Samsung should look into it and resolve the issue since there are already many complaints on the same problem. Anyone managed to solve the green line issue? Plse advice. Thanks

This issue seems to affect most of the S20 series, including the Note 20 series. Especially S20+.

So far, quite a few had tried their luck at the service centre, but were told to pay for the LCD replacement of about $400.

But I still hope that u will get the chance for a free LCD replacement. 🤞 just to check, did u upgrade ur software recently? Most likely, that may have caused this issue. Many had their green/pink lines after updating their phones.

Just found the post that 2 managed to get their S20+ repaired for free.

Hmm.. let's see what's the response from the service centre.. if the one u go to don't entertain and just brush u off to either pay or leave it, consider going to another branch and see how.
