I received two calls from samsung

Call 1 from service center which is about the job requested by me when i sent my note9 for checking. 

Call content: The solution from service center remained the same i.e hardware screen replacement and ask me to continue the job or not.

Call 2 from customer service a few minutes after call 1. 
Call content: Till now, samsung still investigating the root cause of the screen problem. They need longer time to find out a best solution. Before call ended, ask my permission to cancel the job first and new job can be created once solution is available.

Summary of the update 
Progress are already in place from samsung.  Note9 users like me need to be patient while waiting for the best solution to resolve the issue.

The screen display problem is intermmitent. If hardware issue, the screen display should show greenish permenently or getting worse ? But my case same as many other cases reported by other note9 users that the screen problem is intermmitent

Solution provided by samsung service center is different for similar problem. Is it means the root cause is yet to be identified?

Many screen problem happened almost at the same time i.e after March patch 2020 update. Is it related to the screen problem?

Some user note9 said May patch update has solved the issue, is it true? 

Hopefully these question can give samsung more information when they are investigating the root cause.

Final answer to the calls - pls keep the jobsheet as it shows parts of the development about the display problem. So samsung can hv a clear picture how the issue happened and what solution has been done so far.

my S10e, the yellowish screen sometime ok sometime not, mostly not 😬

How long they need to solve the problem? Next month? Next two month? Or next year? I'm suffering enough on it.

Just went to Samsung Customer Service centre. They say is lcd issue. Ask to change the LCD. sigh....
