Heating issue with the NOTE 20 ULTRA.

My note 20 ultra started to heat like a hot plate after the latest April security patch update. 

Anyone else have the same issue? 

This is so annoying i can't even hold my phone without a case it's that warm 😭💔

Sorry to hear mate, does it happen all the time?

When a lot of apps are running or heavy apps can cause it to over heat

Not really mate, it doesn't happen all the time but when it happens it takes long time to cool down.

Hi @AngeloPeiris, that's strange. The security update should not have caused overheating. Would you be able to send us an Error Report via the Samsung Members app so we can look further into this? These error reports go to our research team for analysis and can help identify any potential issues. 

To send an error report, go to:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Overheating > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

You will also receive a response from our team once they've analysed your error report. :)
