My Note 20 Ultra do not recognize my fingerprints. I have already restarted and have screen protectors removed but still. I tried adding a new fingerprint to test it. But same results. It says I need to cover the entire sensor but it's already done.

Sorry to hear. I recommend you bring it your nearest Samsung Service Center as soon as possible. 😊

Hi. I wanted to. But I'm afraid they'll recommend to full factory reset the device. I dont have back-up data yet. 😔 Thanks for your advise.

Then I suggest you follow the advices of the other members first. Worst case scenarion duplicate all your files into another Samsung device using the Samung Smart Switch app. 😊

You were able to add a fingerprint but it won't let you unlock with that fingerprint? Have you tried removing all and then adding again?

I can't even add a new fingerprint. It keeps telling me to cover the entire sensor which I did but still it doesn't scan it 😔

Have you tried checking the diagnostics here in Samsung Members if it can still recognize prints?

That is sad to hear, if it's not a software bug, that may be a hardware issue already. Have it checked to the nearest service center.
