Hi I updated my note 20now it won't make calls or receive.

Tryed restart everything was instructed except except hard restart.

That's unusual, @hitone. What service provider are you with? I would recommend taking out your sim and putting it back in, and seeing if this assists the issue. 

You may also want to try resetting network settings. To do this, go into Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS.

You could also try going into:
Settings, Apps, then look for the Phone app, select it and then scroll down to Storage.

From here, select the Clear Data & Clear Cache.

You could also Force stop the app to see if that helps.
