Light or Dark?

I've been a fan of Dark mode since it's been made available as an option (even in my computer settings). Paired with adaptive brightness, I think it's the best setting especially for an eyeglass-wearer like myself and helps a lot to lessen my eye strain. I don't force all apps to use dark mode though, but if it's an option I will turn it on for that app.

I haven't tried using the eye comfort shield yet - for those who did how do you find it?

What's your favorite mode?

I'm a light mode user but I have a Bixby routine that when it's night time, it automatically turns into dark mode 😊
I'm also using eye comfort shield. It automatically adjusts depending on time and light. Really love this feature!
But if your eyeglass already has an anti-blue light, I think you don't have to use eye-comfort

Same thoughts. My glasses have blue light filter so I don't really think I need it. But I'm planning to try it out to see if it does add another level of comfort. And now that you mentioned Bixby routines, I miss having them turned on! I've been working from home for a long time and since the Pandemic started I've turned them off because I don't really go anywhere.

I use dark mode + eye comfort shield all the time. Easier on my sensitive eyes and I actually get headaches without it

My dry, sensitive eyes can't bear light mode!

Dark mode by default for me! As much as possible I use dark mode everywhere, even my desktop, to reduce eye strain.

Eye comfort mode for my S20 is set to turn on at around 6pm, gradually increasing in temperature as the night goes on. It helps me adjust to a better nighttime rhythm and helps me get to bed earlier.
