I siddenly cant make or receive calls and messages and ive done factory resset but still not working. What do i do now?

If you can't find a way to fix it I suggest you bring it to the service center so they can give you a proper quotation and diagnose your unit.

did you have any updates installed recently? or what's the error message, if there's any, that shows when you try to call? by the way are these regular phone calls and sms messages? or messaging calls and messages?

Try going into setting. Cell operator and tap automatic ly connect to your network operator

insert your sim on a different phone and try calling n texting there. is it working? then bring your phone to a service center. not working? then contact your sim carrier.
