Hi
My Note 10+ indicates moisture detected and I'm not able to charge my phone with cable. This has been on going for a month despite my phone has not been wet before.
I have try using silica and Air dry it but it doesn't go away.
I also not able to reboot it to android system mode to try to clear the system cache.
Need some advise on what to do

Try holding down the volume down button and the power button until u see the Samsung logo and let go.. it might fix the issue.. if not, try doing a factory data reset. If this was helpful, pls click the 3 dots and accept my solution. Thanks!

Check if your charging port is dirty. If so use a toothpick and gently clean out the dirt. If there's some green spots on the port that means there is corrosion and that is when it is needed to replace.

Hold volume down and power at the same time until it reboot and you see the Samsung logo. 2. Back up your data and factory reset. 3. Wait a couple hours/days longer the better. If all fails please go to a Samsung experience store or any Authorized service center.

I had the same issue with my note 9.whenever the phone battery is flat or less than 10% and I try to charge the error appears. I will use wireless charging to charge up and it will go away.
