The phone screen blackout overnight just placing on the table. I did not touch it or use it at all during the night. The screen blackout the next morning. My phone still vibrates and the phone is still functioning when I connect to TV screen using HDMI.
I immediately made appointment to service centre to check the problem. After speaking to the counter staff, I need to replace LCD screen for around $400.
I understand that the phone is out of warranty and I have to pay for repair cost. But charging $409 for only LCD replacement is way too much. I have been using Samsung products for many years. My other older models are still working fine.
My Note 20 Ultra is only 2 years and the screen just blackout suddenly like this. I expect a good quality product from Samsung since it is a flagship phone when it launched.
Can Samsung please feedback or help me on this issue urgently? Anyone experience the screen blackout issue and Any advice? Thanks
