Moisture detected despite no moisture

Hi

My Note 10+ indicates moisture detected and I'm not able to charge my phone with cable. This has been on going for a month despite my phone has not been wet before.

I have try using silica and Air dry it but it doesn't go away. 

I also not able to reboot it to android system mode to try to clear the system cache. 

Need some advise on what to do

That happened to me previously. I used hair dryer (not hot mode) to blow dry it. It work well for me.

I experience this on and off haha.
Yes, airdryer do help for my case. Just remember NOT the hot mode.

You will notice if mositure/ water get in especially the charger slot, the system will prompt you with message or you will also knew the buzzing sound sound funny too. Hope this sharing help. Do take care of your device.

My Note10+ picked up this problem after the last update - tried all online solutions but nothing works. It goes away and then resurfaces. I'm stuck in trying the reset 😕
