My note 10 plus stuck at one UI 2.1 :((((((

My samsung note 10 plus stuck at one ui 2.1. Haven't received one ui 2.5 update till today 14 December 2020 :( The official website said every note 10 series will receive the update at September but me still get nothing :((

I had tried hundreds of time but the system keep saying my phone up to date:((

I'd the same issue, I went to the service center did a reset, problem resolved. now I'm getting regular updates. remember to back up your phone first

Your device is MY set or US set? Which service center you went to?

mine is local set, but some how when I was in Singapore, I changed my Samsung region to Singapore and I updated once in Singapore (and i could use Good Lock), however since that I was unable to receive update after back to Malaysia. BTW, I send my phone for reset at The Garden Midvalley, very fast with appointment whole process took about an hour with latest UI

The other way to get it done is to download your software from Sammobile website and install it via Odin (YouTube is a good source to find out how to do itvia Odin). This will upgrade you to One UI 2.5. If you don't know how to do via odin then the best solution as informed by KYCL is to take it to service center and ask them to do it for you but before that take backup of your phone so that if the service center factory rest your phone while updating the OS to the latest version of One UI you can easily restore your data back.
