My note 10 plus stuck at one UI 2.1 :((((((

My samsung note 10 plus stuck at one ui 2.1. Haven't received one ui 2.5 update till today 14 December 2020 :( The official website said every note 10 series will receive the update at September but me still get nothing :((

I had tried hundreds of time but the system keep saying my phone up to date:((

As far I found that currently we on US set out of US have no news bout update. I'll make a try on KYCL advice see if is work.
