My Samsung Note 20 Ultra Unfortunately Got Black Screen

Though I can still hear the sounds when I plug in and still vibrating when I try to turn it on. It happen 4 days ago.

Opps! I have got N20U myself. I had experienced black screen on my Note2 though, after heavy usage of 4 years. My Note 20 is already 2 years old, still in good condition. But its battery can last me only around 8 hours now. Guess, I hope I can get a phone upgrade next year. I am fully satisfied with this phone though, specially the photo quality. Broken screen display, bring it to your nearest Samsung Service Center to have it check and replace the screen

Mine also have a Black screen and i brought it to Samsung Service center in MOA, they said the screen have to be replace and charging me for 17000 pesos for screen replacement without properly checking the mobile, after Q&A only.

Hello Members_tvgeNWQ, if you did not drop it or seat on it then your note 20 ultra's screen is not broken, so don't go to the Samsung service center, they will charge you 17000 pesos to replace a screen that is not even broken. My Note 20 ultra have dark background for almost 4 months and I did not give up on it, I'm just copy pasting then boom! Dark screen or background. You should connect it to a TV with USB C to HDMI. After connecting you will see your screen mobile on the television, connect it with a Bluetooth keyboard and update it. It will take you 1 to 2 days to get around with a dark screen, mark it with tape or stick on notes, so that you can imagine where are the apps, especially the settings.
