Note 10 Mic not working

I bought a Samsung note 10 and I find my mic not working during WhatsApp video call.Any solutions?

When makingvideo/voice call onWhatsApp, the app will ask for access to camera andmicrophone; if you unable it by accident, WhatsApp can't use your camera and microphone thus your callwon't have any video or sound. Enable "Camera" and "Microphone" under Settings >App > WhatsApp>Permissions

it's all been enabled.when I asked Samsung customer service, they said this issue might be on the WhatsApp's side.Anyone else facing the same problem?

Try following methods:-
1. Clear cache (do not select clear data) OR
2. Uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp (make sure to backup data first).

I have similar Note 10 phone as you. No problem with video/voice calls using WhatsApp, so the issue is not with the app. To resolve the issue, why not do an interactive check, especially on speaker and mic? The interactive check is provided free by Samsung Members app here.
