Have any of you experienced issues with OTG Dual flash drives with your Note 10 or 10+?  I just bought a brand new HP x5000m Dual Flash Drive with dual USB A/USB C ports to use as file transfer device. My computer can detect it fine (using the USB A port, my PC does not have USB C), but my phone does not detect the drive when it is attached via USB C port. I tried one online solution where it was suggested to restart the phone while the USB drive is attached. It worked for a short time (the drive became visible in File Manager) but, same as the owner of the Note 10+ who posted the proposed solution, once you remove the USB drive and return it again, the drive again cannot be detected. I also tried the new USB drive in my wife's Note 10 and it has the same problem. Other old flash drives using micro USB works fine when I use a type C adaptor.  An online search reveals that this seems to be a common concern with currently no solution.  Customer support only answered me with the usual canned response.

Great day! Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue?

hi! tried googling this issue for solutions and saw that this seems to be a fairly common problem for Note 10/10+ owners, no answers also on the other Sansung forums. Weird thing is that when you restart the phone with the Type C OTG device attached, the phone detects the flash drive and is able to access it. But when you remove and return it, it can't be seen again by the phone.

Update in this issue: I bought a Sandisk USB-C OTG. It worked. Now I have an expensive large capacity **bleep** USB-C OTG I can't use. Tsk tsk.
