Does anyone had the same issues with their note 10 plus? Back screen of my phone is completely intact but it's peeling off.

Are you asking if you can DIY your device concern. Better to bring it to Samsung Service Center for diagnostic.

Nope. I don't really want to do it myself. Just trying to know what kind of repair do they have to do and the cost of the repair for this minor damage.

If it's the adhesive only, they usually cost around 700 Pesos, and the labor for it is around 500. If they also find that your battery is already bloating (which may also causes the back cover to lift), they may also recommend you changing your battery (this depends on the model, Flagships usually are more expensive, estimate is around 2-3 thousand Pesos). Try going into a Right Care Day for you to have discounts.

Hi, this just happened to me last month. I went to the Samsung Service Center and my battery was due for replacement. Cost was around PhP3500. Happy to still keep my Note 10 Plus until it decides to die on me completely.

Same with my Note 10+. I was cleaning the back part when it suddenly fell off. Since my battery was still perfectly fine and it was not bloated, I ordered the correct adhesive strips intended for the Note 10+ from abroad and re-adhered my back cover.

Hello Samsung Community,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the back cover detachment issue on my Galaxy Note 10 . The adhesive failure, causing the back cover to come loose, is simply unacceptable for a premium device. This problem not only undermines the phone's durability but has also led to severe water damage and the complete failure of my device's motherboard.

It is imperative to highlight that adhesive coming loose due to regular usage should not be an excuse for a premium smartphone. As consumers, we expect the materials and technology used in these devices to be robust and reliable. The back cover of a high-end phone should not fall off like flowers in autumn, and it is the company's responsibility to ensure the integrity of its products.

Many users have reported similar issues, indicating a potential widespread defect in the adhesive used. Despite my phone being out of warranty, I believe this is a manufacturing defect that Samsung should address at no additional cost to the affected customers.

I urge Samsung to acknowledge this issue and provide a resolution for those of us affected by it. If anyone has successfully resolved this problem, please share your experiences and advice.
