Galaxy NoteHello Samsung Community,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the back cover detachment issue on my Galaxy Note 10 . The adhesive failure, causing the back cover to come loose, is simply unacceptable for a premium device. This problem not only undermines the phone's durability but has also led to severe water damage and the complete failure of my device's motherboard.
It is imperative to highlight that adhesive coming loose due to regular usage should not be an excuse for a premium smartphone. As consumers, we expect the materials and technology used in these devices to be robust and reliable. The back cover of a high-end phone should not fall off like flowers in autumn, and it is the company's responsibility to ensure the integrity of its products.
Many users have reported similar issues, indicating a potential widespread defect in the adhesive used. Despite my phone being out of warranty, I believe this is a manufacturing defect that Samsung should address at no additional cost to the affected customers.
I urge Samsung to acknowledge this issue and provide a resolution for those of us affected by it. If anyone has successfully resolved this problem, please share your experiences and advice.
