im facing the same problem and I sent to Samsung service centre they told me is camera default from manufacture but due to warranty is out, I need to pay to fix it. the camera will just take photo blur because it can't focus anywhere at all. that note 20 ultra can't even last 1 year 4 months bloody Samsung.
its manufacture issue and expecting consumer to pay for their fault ?!
