Samsung Malaysia service center reject the claim that the issue is from software update. Instead asking user to provide proof if this issue are due to software update (which user will not be able to prove due to no data to show).
I experience 2 line in phone screen after 2 software update, each 1 line after one update. The issue appear immediately after phone restarts from installing the update.
Funny thing is this issue were known globally now, even some country have samsung free replacement. Talked to higher management from customer voice, the clear statement is the product out of warratty (2+ years) andsamsung not to admit it is samsung software issue.
No use of sending your phone to samsung malaysia service center to claim that this is from software update issue, as samsung not officially announce this issue.
