After phone software updates ... green line appeared out of nowhere ... n there is also no fast charging option as before .... went to services their replied was have to replace the screen 490++
My note 20 ultra has the same issue. Been a loyal member of Samsung for so long and holding 3 Samsung phones now but this issue on my note 20 ultra and the reply from Samsung is a huge disappointment.. esp when there are so many users having the same issue on this model. How can it be our prob and need us to pay a fee for repair? I've a s8 which is much older but working fine. Was thinking of trading in my s22 for s23 ultra but gonna think twice in getting a Samsung hp again...
