My note 9 suddenly screen  display discolour.. theres green line. I went to samsung service centre n was told need to pay rm 850 replace screen. Why ? I didnt drop the phone... suddenly screen discolour... not even 2 years...

You are not alone.... Its a global issue... Related to a recent software update. Just Google it.... I called the contact centre of Samsung Malaysia .. They confirmed that they have received a number of such cases... No tentative date yet on the fix...

yes.. most of user said about software issue.. my note also become green yellow.. never drop.. not used for gaming

just complaint also. not sure when they going to release the fix. at least give us an update on the fix release date.

I have the same problem as well, which i guess the problem is due to the technical design and not us. let together to share the experience and let the samsung react in professional way

same problem...send report get case ID first..then create petition page ...all go and sign and complain...dont pay for the screen replace...

use oled saver from google app for temp fix...wait for samsung permanamt fix or free screen repla e for us!
