Having trouble using my SPen😭what should I do?

I don't usually use my SPen, kaya nag taka po ako.

I only use my s pen in taking pictures. Napalitan ko n din ung tip nung pen pero same issue. Lahat nung nasa google ginawa ko na. Useless pa din

Even SPen ng friend ko same unit,not working din. Mag take din sana ako ng picture. Then kapag inalis ung pen,disconnected ang nalabas.
