Here are some unsatisfied complaints of overheating after the latest software updates for the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G:
I am also experiencing overheating issues with my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G after the latest software update as at 18th July 2023. The phone screen suddenly has a green vertical line across the screen immediately after my software updates. I have tried disabling all of the background apps, restarting the phone and tried all that adviced by the customer service personnel, but the problem still persists.

lines are hardware level, best have nearest samsung service center conduct technical report to get to the bottom why thid occured

This happened on my Note 20 Ultra 5G too! Though it got fixed after the next update. 😊

Hopefully it goes back to normal after the next update.

I don't think so if the next update is fixing this kind of issue.Hope next update is my phone is back to normal.

I am also facing the same issue with my Note20ultra5g 2 Greenline a 1pink line without display physical damage.

it has some overheating issues after the 5g support update. Gradually after a few months with several official Samsung software updates, the display was ruined with a pink line issue, one day suddenly after an update improved with the other 2 green lines in 1 month.

Samsung service center told me a display replacement without any discount. RS 23000 INR. I tried sending emails with talk to the CEO, and service head options, but all said the same thing,  these are false promises. Samsung never agrees it is a build quality issue. over the Internet, this pink line Samsung issue is famous everywhere. I told Customer Care to send me the procedure to send the phone to your R&D to learn *** from this.

I still have 15 Sony Z2, Lgv20, in running condition.  NEVER EVER Choose SAMSUNG, I lose the trust *** Money makers screwing the customer. I have used more than 30 phones till now

I saw for the first time that a flagship phone died this quickly and the company does not show any responsibility towards the issue.
