Note20 Ultra with green line

Hi all,

Just did the June firmware update and got the green line on screen... Any advise? I tried booting to safe mode and line is still there. Booked a appt with Samsung tmr. Finger crossed?

Nothing can be done with green line. Need service centre to help.

Update for info. Went Samsung service center today. Asked to pay labour of abt $60 and they will replace the screen and wait for 1 to 2 weeks while they check the phone for other damage hopefully can earn more from me. Lol

Hi, seems not bad.. but unlikely, other damage cause the green/pink line issue. It's pretty obvious that most of the green/pink lines occur after the One UI 4.1 update (for S20 series) and One UI 5.0/5.1 (for S21 series).

Last update. Collected the phone today after 3 days in ICU. Final damaged $ remain unchanged. Was told screen n battery was replaced. I hope more good years for the phone!
