flagship devices particulary S series will get december stable roll out for One ui 3.0 as per samsung tracker, US and south korea, following other 5 countries who are participating 3.0 beta program. Meanwhile other countries will get stable rollout for eligible devices probably by mid feb to early of march, and hopefully earlier from their timeframe.
if you are using flagship device, then expect samsumg migth include all variant of note and s series whoever gets first, will receive a stable roll out by december.
