Every last update will destroy the screen display like my Galaxy Note 9 last update.

Oh my gosh, dirty business tactics. Waste of my money. My Note 3 last for 7 years before going haywire. I thought galaxy note line is the best so continue to buy Note series. Really need to search for better options haizzzz

My Note 3 and 5 longer use more than 5 years.Samsung destroy phone with software update starting Note 9.

Don't know what to do now. All still good only bad display. Complaint to the CEO also useless and was asked to go service centre just want to earn extra money. I know it's not hardware problem because it happen soon after software updates. Really bad customer experience

One thing curve display easy death earlier than flat screen.I preffer buy the flat screen.I hope S23 Ultra soon become with flat screen.

I don't intend to look for the technician. I know for sure they said it hardware failure. They are train this way. Never confess faulty is from software updates

So sad for all notes owners. My Note 10+ only 2 years old. Thought of getting Huawei but no Google play. Huawei device performance much better than Samsung even when compare to Note line but lack in features
